Meet Kim Schuyler

Owner and Pastry Chef

Kim Schuyler, a native New Yorker, embarked into the pastry world in 2002 as a work-study student at the Institute of Culinary Education (I.C.E . formally known as Peter Krumps).

Upon the completion of 1300 hours of intensive hands on professional training in the stewarding department she earned a diploma from the I.C.E in the Pastry Arts program in 2003. Ms. Schuyler also obtained several certificates of merit in the following: Wilton method of cake decorating; Wilton fondant and gum paste; International Sugar Art School certificate in gum paste stiletto shoes; modeling chocolate and isomalt.

Our Story

With the launch of her own company in 2008, ‘Cake Bakers Party Makers’ a specialty baking and event planning business, Kim is also an active member of Dell Women's Entrepreneur Network (D.W.E.N), Rising Phenomenal Women Inc., The US Women’s Chamber of Commerce as well as the Atlanta Business League. She also has done an externship working at NOBU in Manhattan. Ms. Schuyler’s talent and passion for organizing, orchestrating, and delivering exceptional work is displayed while she works as an event coordinator, wedding planner, and pastry chef.
